With over two decades of overall business experience to draw from, Meghdoot specializes in training and development delivery with a core focus on behavioural change and leadership training programs. He also possesses many years of consultative experience that includes assessing client needs, recommending, creating and implementing solutions.

He possesses over 13 years of management and supervisory experience wherein he created, staffed and managed a Training Department, while providing analysis, consultation and training to employees. Of these he has over 9 years of overlapping leadership training experience. He is also a certified MBTI practitioner and a Certified Internal Quality Auditor.

Before joining FranklinCovey, Meghdoot has been instrumental during his tenure with NIIT and Genpact.

Numerous organizations of varying sizes have benefited from Meghdoot's expertise, including HSBC, Vodafone, SBI, Mahindra, Coke, Hitachi, Texas Instruments, Redbus, Google, ANZ, TVS Motors, IBM amongst many others.

Meghdoot is a gold medallist with a Bachelors degree from Osmania University. He lives in Hyderabad with his family.
