With close to 25 years of business experience in the areas of sales and training to draw from, Cherian Thomas is a Certified Trainer and principal consultant with FranklinCovey, specializing in majority of curriculums.

He started his training career as a Consultant Trainer in 1999 and his area of expertise was in Sales Training, Leadership and Professional skills trainings.

In his over a decade of training experience, Cherian has worked a 9 ½- year tenure with Genpact where he conducted a host of Leadership workshops and Professional Skills workshops at various levels.

In his career with Genpact he also was the Zonal Lead for NIPE – the Genpact-NIIT JV. He lead Training Operations for South and East India with a team of 14 Voice and Corporate Trainers under his leadership.

Apart from conducting workshops in India, Cherian conducted leadership workshops in Singapore, UAE, USA, Mexico, Romania Hungary and South Africa. He has substantial experience in interacting and imparting learning to people from varied cultural backgrounds.

Numerous organizations of varying sizes have benefited from his expertise, including Verizon, AON Hewitt, Shell, Coca Cola, Mahindra, HSBC, ACC Cement, Deutsche Bank, amongst many others.

Cherian’s accreditations include, GE - Crotonville certified trainer, MBTI, DiSC, Green Belt (Six Sigma), to name a few.

Cherian has a B. Com from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He lives in Hyderabad with his family.
