He’s an alumni of the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD), Delhi and is a Certified Hospitality Educator from the American Hotel and Lodging Association (2002 --- 2007,USA). He has a total work experience of 18 years of which he has spent 11 years with the EIH group, 4 years with the British Government and 3 years as an entrepreneur. While working with the Oberois, he’d been posted to the prestigious OCLD as Training Manager for 3.5 years and then as Head of the Training Department of the flagship 1000 rooms Oberoi hotels in Mumbai for two years.

His last assignment was with the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office as the ‘Regional Learning and Development Manager’ for the South Asia region taking care of the training function in 9 countries in South Asia. During the four years that he was with the British High Commission he’s had the good fortune of travelling to more than 30 countries and training people from over 70 nationalities and ethnicities.

Amarjeet is a registered and qualified MBTI practitioner and has conducted more than 100 workshops regarding the same in over 10 countries. Additionally, he’s completed his ‘Results Coaching Systems --- Certificate of Coaching’ from USA, ‘Certified Hospitality Educator’ from the American Hotel and Lodging Association, USA, ‘Internal Reviewer’ with the Investors in People (IiP) accreditation from London, UK, certified ‘Belbin Team Dynamics’ practitioner qualified from the Belbin Company, London, UK.

Amarjeet lives in Landour, Mussoorie with his family.
